Request a refund
From your account email, send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request". Include your PayPal order ID, date of payment, what you bought, and the reason. We reply within 1 business day.
Change payment method
Save a new card without paying twice. Works whether you originally paid with a PayPal account or as a guest — we defer the first charge on the new card to your current renewal date.
