What to include
Help us help you faster by including as much of this as applies:
- Refund or billing — your PayPal order ID, date of payment, what you bought, and the reason. Refunds follow our 48-hour, 0-credits policy.
- Bugs or generation errors — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and (if possible) a screenshot.
- Account access — the email on the account and a brief description of what you're locked out of.
- Privacy & data requests — describe the right you're exercising (access, deletion, correction, etc.) per our privacy policy.
- Legal / partnerships — a subject line describing the request is enough; we'll route it internally.
Response times
We reply to every email personally. Expected turnaround:
- Billing & refunds — within 1 business day (often same day).
- Product support — within 1–2 business days.
- Privacy & legal — within 5 business days.
