We want you to feel confident about every purchase. This policy explains exactly when you can get your money back, how to ask for it, and what happens to your credits afterwards.
Summary — You can request a full refund within 48 hours of paying, as long as you have not spent any credits yet. This applies to both subscriptions and one-time credit packs. After 48 hours, or once any credit is spent, the purchase is non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges.
1. Eligibility — the 48-hour, 0-credit rule
A purchase qualifies for a refund only when both of the following are true:
- Your request reaches us within 48 hours of the payment timestamp on your PayPal receipt.
- You have used zero credits from that purchase. The instant you spend a single credit from the granted allowance, the purchase is considered consumed and becomes non-refundable.
You must also be in good standing with our Terms of Service.
2. Monthly & annual subscriptions
The same 48-hour / 0-credit rule applies to your very first payment on a subscription plan — whether monthly or annual. If you haven't used any of the monthly credits granted at activation, you can request a full refund within 48 hours.
Renewals are not refundable. Monthly and annual renewals charge automatically at the end of each period. If you don't want to renew, cancel from your account page before the next billing date. On cancellation you keep access through the end of the current period — no partial refunds for unused time.
3. One-time credit packs
Credit packs never expire. You can request a refund within 48 hours of buying a pack as long as you haven't spent any of that pack's credits.
If you still hold an active subscription when a pack is refunded, your subscription is unaffected — only the pack's credits are removed. Likewise, refunding the subscription does not touch any one-time pack credits you own.
4. After 48 hours, or after any credits are spent
Once 48 hours have elapsed, or as soon as you consume any credit from the purchase, refunds are not available. This is because each generation uses paid compute resources we can't recover. Our free tier (6 credits on signup) exists so you can try the Service before committing.
5. Exceptions we may grant at our discretion
We may refund outside this policy in specific circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a PayPal or system error.
- Billing errors on our end — for example, the wrong plan or an incorrect amount.
- Extended service outage that materially prevented you from using the Service (excludes scheduled maintenance, third-party issues, or force majeure).
These exceptions are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request", and include:
- Your account email.
- What you bought (subscription plan name, or credit pack size).
That's all we need — we'll look up the rest on our end.
We reply within 1 business day. If approved, the refund appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. What happens to your credits after a refund
- Subscription refund: your subscription is cancelled at PayPal and your subscription credits are set to zero. Any one-time pack credits you own are kept.
- Pack refund: the refunded pack's credits are removed from your balance. Your subscription (if any) and its credits are kept.
8. Chargebacks
Please email [email protected] before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve things faster directly. If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is pending.
9. Plan changes
Upgrading or downgrading a subscription takes effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the current cycle at the higher tier.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service. The current version applies to purchases made on or after its effective date.
